QuellX Pro Ltd was founded by Ugur Keklik — a qualified Electrical & Electronics Engineer and postgraduate-qualified Health & Safety specialist — to give businesses across Liverpool and the North West a fire safety partner who understands compliance from the ground up, not just a box to tick.

OUR STORY
Ugur’s route into fire safety wasn’t a straight line — and that’s exactly what makes it real.
After graduating in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Erciyes University, Ugur worked as a lift engineer on construction sites in Istanbul. It was there that he first noticed how often health and safety was treated as an afterthought — and how much of a difference proper risk management made to the people on site. That observation led him to complete a postgraduate degree in Health & Safety, with a clear goal in mind: to work in the field that protects people.
In 2018, Ugur relocated to the UK. Like many professionals starting again in a new country, the first few years meant rebuilding from scratch — working in admin roles, then running his own handyman business for four years — while the goal of moving into fire safety full-time never left him. Providing for his family came first; investing in the career he wanted came next.
In November 2025, that investment took shape: QuellX Pro Ltd was officially established. Over the months that followed, Ugur completed the SFJ Awards Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment, an FIA (Fire Industry Association) qualification in the Servicing & Maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers (renewed every three years), and the City & Guilds Level 3 Award in the In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT Testing) — bringing an engineer’s attention to detail together with a genuine, hard-earned understanding of why safety matters.
QuellX Pro Ltd is a young company, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. What we may lack in decades, we make up for in energy — every assessment gets our full attention, because every job is a chance to prove what we can do. The expertise behind the company isn’t new: it’s built on a genuine engineering and health & safety background, and we’re continually adding to it. Learning, developing and growing with every project isn’t something we hide — it’s how we work.
