QuellX Pro Ltd (“QuellX Pro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides fire risk assessments, fire extinguisher servicing and maintenance, and PAT testing to businesses across Liverpool and the North West of England. This website is located at quellxpro.co.uk. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit our website or get in touch about our services.
What personal data we collect
When you contact us through our website (via the Contact page, the Get a Quote button, or WhatsApp), we may collect: your name; email address; phone number; company name; postal code or address; details of the service(s) you are interested in (fire risk assessment, extinguisher servicing, or PAT testing); and any other information you choose to include in your message. If you message us via WhatsApp, we also receive your WhatsApp profile name and phone number, in line with WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details, financial information, or special category data (such as health information) through this website.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to: respond to your enquiry and provide quotes; arrange and carry out fire risk assessments, extinguisher servicing, or PAT testing; keep records of work carried out, as required for fire safety compliance purposes; and send you service-related communications, such as appointment confirmations and invoices.
We do not use your data for marketing unless you have separately opted in to receive it, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We share personal data with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run this website and our business, including our web hosting provider, who stores the website and any data submitted through our forms; our website form provider, which processes form submissions on our behalf; and WhatsApp/Meta, if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp. We do not share your data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and quote information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where a job is carried out, for as long as required to meet our fire safety record-keeping obligations – typically up to 6 years. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see “Your rights” below.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: request access to the personal data we hold about you; request that we correct inaccurate data; request that we delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for legal or safety reasons; object to or restrict certain processing; and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
